Skills Legacy Competition – Selection Page

We greatly appreciate the time and effort you have put into reviewing the proposals and ranking your selections. Based on your selections, three public schools and two youth-serving non-profit organizations will receive the resources to make their proposals a reality.

All proposals should be evaluated based on the following criteria: demonstrated impact on promoting skilled trades and technologies; a clear plan for engaging and benefiting underrepresented youth; feasibility and sustainability of the proposed project. Before filling out this form, you should have reviewed each of the proposals submitted, evaluated them based on these criteria, and ranked your top choices in order of preference.

SCNS will commit to funding two (2) proposals submitted to the Skills Legacy Competition by youth-serving non-profit organizations. Please use the form below to select your top three choices to receive this award. Once all Selection Committee members have submitted this form, points will be tallied based on your selections, and the two organizations with the most points will receive the award.

SCNS will commit to funding three (3) proposals submitted to the Skills Legacy Competition by representatives (educators, administrators, student support workers, etc.) of public schools in Nova Scotia. Please use the form below to select your top five choices to receive this award. Once all Selection Committee members have submitted this form, points will be tallied based on your selections, and the two schools with the most points will receive the award.
