This is the official sheet to record the results of the contest. Please review to ensure that names are placed in the correct spot.

Please complete and hand in to a SCNS staff member at the score verification room along with ALL EVALUATION/JUDGING SHEETS.

Marks will be verified for accuracy before results are shared with competitors. The PTC Chair must be available during this time.

Competitors must score a minimum of 60% to be eligible for a medal
