Exhibit at the Career Showcase

Bringing together skilled youth and employment opportunities

The Career Showcase brings an interactive experience to students from across the province each year. 

Junior and senior high school students are invited to visit and explore their career options. All exhibits at the event have a hands-on activity to engage hundreds of visiting students.

Upcoming Career Showcase Events:

  • November 13, 2025 – Pictou County Wellness Centre in New Glasgow, NS
  • March 2026 – NSCC Ivany Campus in Dartmouth, NS
    (in conjunction with the Nova Scotia Skills Competition and Abilympics Competition)
  • April 10, 2026 – NSCC Waterfront Campus in Sydney, NS
    (in conjunction with the Nova Scotia Skills Competition and Abilympics Competition)
  • April or May 2026 – NSCC Kingstec Campus in Kentville, NS

Booth setup
By default, each booth is estimated to be 8ft by 8ft spaces, with a single table covered by a cloth/skirt.
E-Newsletter
We send 6-8 e-newsletters each year, with updates for free youth-focused programming, career exploration activities and special events, registration for competitions, and more.
Payment(Required)
Invoices will be made out to your attention. If you need changes made, please connect with SCNS. This exhibitor fee is non-refundable in case of no-shows. In case of cancellation, you must contact Skills Canada - Nova Scotia at least one week prior.

Exhibitor Information

Registering a single booth at a single location is $500 (no HST). If you wish to commit to four events, we offer a season-long partnership at $1500 (no HST).

Each event will have doors open from approximately 9:00 AM through 2:00 PM. Booth setup will need to be complete by 9:00 AM on event day. Booth setup can often take place in the afternoon leading up to an event day. SCNS will communicate setup times prior to an event.

SCNS staff will be onsite starting at 7:00 AM and will be available for support and questions throughout the day. A hospitality area with coffee + light refreshments and a boxed/bagged lunch will be provided. Please advise the SCNS team of any dietary needs.

An invoice will be issued for payment once a registration form is submitted.
