Abilympics International Travel Information

As we get ready to represent Team Canada at the 2027 Abilympics International Competition in Helsinki, Finland, we need to collect some important travel information from each competitor and team member.

This form will help us make sure we have the information needed to coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, accessibility supports, and other travel arrangements. Since everyone may have different needs and requirements when travelling internationally, please take your time completing the form and provide as much detail as possible. You will need your Passport information and you will need to upload a photo of your passport.

Some of the information requested may be personal or accessibility-related and will only be used for planning and coordinating your Abilympics travel experience.

 Please ensure the travel form is filled out as soon as possible. We must have the travel forms completed by October 14th 2026.
