Discover Skilled Trades and Technologies firsthand through School Tours of our Competitions!
This spring, we are inviting students from across the province to tour the 2023 Nova Scotia Skills Competition! The Nova Scotia Skills Competition is our largest annual event, and we want your students to see it!
At each location students will explore exciting hands-on Try-A-Trade® and technology activities, view Nova Scotia Skills Competition competitors in action, and talk to experts from many different exciting industries. This experience might just be the spark that ignites their skills journey!
Nova Scotia Skills Competition locations available for school tours:
• NSCC – Akerley Campus, April 28th
• NSCC – Ivany Campus, March 31st * featuring the NSCC Tech Showcase
• NSCC – Pictou Campus, March 22nd
April 28, 2023 NSCC – Akerley Campus
Our third and final competition event open for school tours this season will take place at NSCC – Akerley Campus in Dartmouth (21 Woodlawn Road, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, B2W 2R7). The event will feature competition action, Try-A-Trade® activities, and a skilled trades and technology focused Career Showcase.

Our second competition event open for school tours this season will take place at NSCC – Ivany Campus in Dartmouth (80 Mawiomi Pl, Dartmouth, NS B2Y 0A5). The event will feature competition action, the 2023 NSCC Tech Showcase, and various Try-A-Trade® activities.
